Nicole

I'm going to veer a little from the Peru postings to congratulate my niece Nicole on receiving the Paul M. Bator award. The award recognizes a young academic—under the age of 40— who has demonstrated excellence in legal scholarship, a commitment to teaching, a concern for students, and who has made a significant public impact.
